Rachael gained an MSc in Psychology and has worked with people with a range of mental health difficulties including depression, anxiety, addictive behaviours and low self-esteem. With a trauma-informed approach, Rachael focuses on using CBT, ACT, DBT and CFT to empower individuals to overcome challenges and reclaim their lives. Her dissertation on identity processes and coping with stigma in addiction reflects her passion for supporting clients in navigating societal perceptions.
Rachael believes in a collaborative therapeutic process, viewing clients as active participants in their own recovery. In a world where we constantly compare ourselves to others, Rachael strives to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their own experiences, values and identity in order to cultivate resilience.
