In Case of An Emergency or Crisis
Sometimes situations escalate and more intensive or more immediate help than what our therapists can offer is needed. If you or someone you care about is in immediate crisis or if there is an emergency, please contact one of the following resources.
If you or someone you care about is actively suicidal, please go immediately to the
Shanghai Mental Health Center:

Physical Safety Threat:
If someone is threatening your physical safety, please call the police immediately – 110.
If you need medical attention, please go directly to a hospital.
Your home country Consulate or Embassy might also be able to provide support and resources in the case of a crisis (domestic abuse, child abuse, etc). https://www.warriortours.com/cityguides/shanghai/foreign_consulates.htm
