LifeLine Shanghai is also a fantastic, free resource.  While Lifeline cannot actively intervene in the case of a crisis, they do have trained volunteers who can provide listening support and who can help make referrals if you need additional resources or support. LifeLine Shanghai provides free, confidential, and anonymous emotional support via the telephone and also live-chat from 10am to 10pm, 365 days a year – 400 821 1215.
