Flora Wang, Director of Development & Community Engagement

Flora serves as Director of Development and Community Engagement for CCS since 2022. Flora is passionate about social innovation in wellbeing and mental health advocacy. Wanting to make an impact on mental wellness awareness, Flora joined the Community Center Shanghai after spending 18 years in the corporate world serving as a Senior Executive for a Fortune 500 Company. With her passion in collective emotional wellbeing and her extensive business talent, CCS now partners with several mental health providers, and independent practitioners to create impactful mental health, corporate, and community programs that CCS offers to international schools, families, and some of the most successful companies in the world.

Flora holds a master’s degree in business administration from University of Manchester, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Beijing Normal University. Born and raised in Shanghai, Flora’s roots run deep within the city. Flora is also a proud mother of two young childern.
