Lynne Zhang, Operations Manager & Charity Department Supervisor

Lynne Zhang joined Community Center Shanghai (CCS) in 2016 as Manager of the Pudong Program Department. With strong expertise in event planning, she specializes in coordinating and executing seminars and workshops, bringing proven hands-on experience and strong project management skills to the role.

In 2020, she stepped into the role of Charity Department Supervisor, overseeing all charitable initiatives. She took on the additional role of Operations Manager in 2026, integrating operational management with charitable services. Drawing on her professionalism and extensive industry experience, she continues to drive organizational development and support the steady growth of CCS’s public welfare efforts.

Sammi Zhou, Marketing Manager

Sammi Zhou was born and raised in Shanghai, a city she cherishes deeply. She joined Community Center Shanghai (CCS) in 2017, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a passion for community engagement. Since joining CCS, Sammi has played an active role in promoting the center’s events and initiatives.
