Sarah is a play therapist who truly believes in the power of play therapy. Her approach is centered on understanding and supporting the unique emotional and developmental needs of each child. With over 8 years of experience working with children and families, she has been guided by a deep respect for each child’s individuality and a firm belief in their innate capacity for growth and healing. She prioritizes building trust and rapport, ensuring that children feel seen, heard, and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

Sarah uses therapeutic play and creative art to support a child’s self – expression, addressing emotional and behavioral challenges. This gentle and effective method helps children to explore their inner world at their own pace, promoting emotional growth, self-awareness, and problem-solving skills in a way that feels natural and comfortable for them. Sarah helps create a safe and nurturing space where children can freely express themselves, explore their emotions, and build resilience.

Play therapy is a child-centered way of dealing with emotional and behavioral challenges as well as neurodivergent needs.
