Jessica has a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Palo Alto University (CACREP accredited) in Palo Alto, California, U.S.A. Prior to entering this program, she obtained the Chinese National Psychological Counselor license (Secondary Level). Jessica is practices individual counseling, couple counseling, groups, EAP and SAP. She also has extensive experience in crisis helplines for mental health support and focuses on supporting people living with HIV and the LGBTQ+ population, providing services to help with gender-identification, intimacy and trauma. Jessica maintains empathy, affirmation, recognition, and acceptance of the sexual orientation and gender identity of her clients, supports them to better accept themselves, better identify themselves, better affirm their identity, reduce the internal conflicts, empower them, and helping to improve their relationships both interpersonal and in workplace. Through her rich life experience, exploration of personal gender identity, understanding of family, parenting, experience in different periods of education, exploration and experience in the workplace allow her to help clients from the perspective of gender identity, relationship, family and career development.
