A form of martial arts, Tai Chi is all about: slow, rhythmic, meditative movements designed to help you find peace and calm. Tai Chi is one of the major exercise styles in Wu Shu and is known for its health benefits. It uses gentle circular movements and is suitable for all ages and levels. Come join us for some nice relaxing Tai Chi exercises!
