Tai Chi

A form of martial arts, Tai Chi is all about: slow, rhythmic, meditative movements designed to help you find peace and calm. Tai Chi is one of the major exercise styles in Wu Shu and is known for its health benefits.  It uses gentle circular movements and is suitable for all ages and levels. Zhang Yuxuan studied Sanda Kickboxing and Taekwondo at Beijing Sports College and Qinna at China Police University. Master Zhang has been featured in numerous international media outlets such as CCTV, the BBC, and NBC. Since 2004, Zhang has been Head Instructor at the Beijing Milun School of Traditional Kungfu. He teaches in Chinese and English.
