The traditional Xiaolongbao is made with pork filling with soup inside. Come learn how to make these delicious xiaolongbaos with two main ingredients – pork and skin jelly in the filling and taste your own hand-made creations.
During the class you will receive a recipe leaflet in English and Chinese character names for each ingredient.
