This is a Functional Boxing Movements Class designed to develop kid’s body coordination as well as increase their overall fitness level. With our original fun fitness and Boxing based games, kids will gradually master practical self-defense skills which will benefit their daily life.
Our curriculum covers both boxing and targeted athletic performance:
·Students in the program will benefit from improvements in their mental focus, cardiovascular endurance, balance, flexibility, strength, and coordination.
·The students will learn fundamental techniques carefully chosen by our instructors that can be applied throughout the rest of their Boxing journey.
The beginners classes primarily for 6-12 yrs. students with the objective of gradually advancing them to the Boxing intermediate classes.
