Hatha Yoga helps to restore balance and symmetry in the body and mind through physical postures (asana) and controlled breathing (pranayama). A regular practice will build up strength and grace in the body, and helps to keep the mind calm and focused. We start from the very beginning learning how to practice step-by-step.
Isabelle Slatter, is RYT 200hrs with Yoga Alliance in Hatha and Vinyasa from Drishti Vinyasa Yoga Shala and Yoga Siromani of The International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre. She is also a Certified Yin Yoga teacher training in Beijing.
