Slow down and open your body through passive stretching. A yin practice helps us to slow down, hit pause and re-root ourselves back to the earth.
What to expect
This class will help with posture and allow muscle groups to soften through stretches, while exposing the joints to gentle pressure. The result is a greater ease of motion with less effort. Yin yoga also teaches us to be: •more mindful •to stay with our experience to remain calm even when we face discomfort or when things are in flux.
Date and Time: 1:30 – 2:30 pm, Mar 12 – May 28, 2021 (FRI Afternoon)
