Step aerobics is a fitness class that involves using step boards. It’s a fun, high cardio, high energy workout that will leave you feeling good and with the added advantage of a toned body. It’s usually a 45-60 minute class, that begins with a simple warm up and ends with simple, muscle relaxing stretches.
Martha is Ugandan who has lived in Shanghai for 9 years. She’s an International Trade major, and operates a trading company in Shanghai, mostly trading between Africa and China. She has been volunteering with Abundant Grace International Fellowship for 9 years, where she’s in charge of Hospitality. She is passionate about Creative Arts, writing and doing spoken word poetry in particular, and also loves planning and MCing for events. She also enjoys taking walks, hanging out with friends, and working out, particularly Aerobic style workouts, dancing to African music, having fun while staying fit!
